From Seed To Something Green
From Seed to Something Green is a hands-on, heart-centered experience where children explore the magic of growth—starting with a single seed.
In this nurturing and creative session, children will be guided through a mindful journey that mirrors the life of a plant. They'll move gently through yoga and breathwork to help them feel grounded, calm, and ready to grow—just like the seeds they’ll soon plant.
Through storytelling and art, we’ll explore the beauty of nature, while planting real seeds that they’ll take home to care for and watch grow. Each activity is thoughtfully designed to teach patience, responsibility, and a deep appreciation for the natural world.
Children will:
🌿 Plant their own seed starter to take home
🎨 Create a seed mosaic artwork
📒 Make a DIY plant journal to track their seed’s growth
🌸 Craft eco-friendly seed bombs for planting at home
💚 Enjoy story time and mindful moments that inspire connection
